We have a lot of ground to cover.

So we are going to skip our normal preamble that we do at the beginning of every radio show

because there was a, I would call it rather alarming email that went out to all the members

of the California Association of Realtters. Yes, I know that you

guys are listening from all over the country, Canada. We have some listeners in Europe. I get all

that because we're online. It's easier for you to listen to our radio show. A lot of you listen to it

and replay. That's great. So you're saying, Tim, why would you be telling me about an email from the

California Association of Rilters? Well, here's why. you be telling me about an email from the California Association

of Realtors? Well, here's why. Because California Association of Realtors usually leads the way

on, frankly, preparing agents for any changes that are happening or any new laws that are

happening. Because there's the highest, of all the states in the United States, California has the highest, the most agents.

It's the largest association.

And we can assume that they're probably being more attentive to possible things that are coming your way.

They're going to cause slowdowns in your business.

So anyway, they sent out this email last week, and I have to tell you, my email box filled up with people that were panicking.
