Colbert was always kind of a slime ball, but now he has been caught red-handed.

He claimed the other day that CBS told him he couldn't air an interview with a Texas Senate

candidate James Telerico.

It turns out that was fake news.

And Colbert appears to have staged the whole thing. It was a hoax so he could

create a PR stunt blaming Donald Trump for blocking an interview with the Democrat when it turns out

the real reason may have simply been Colbert did not want Jasmine Crockett to get equal airtime.

Now, for those of you that don't know, Jasmine Crockett, she is also a Democrat running for the

Senate. And I am torn because I don't want Jasmine Crockett to win either. But this is an outrageous

scandal. Colbert is claiming CBS said you can't do the interview on TV.

CBS said, we never said that.

CBS said that they told their lawyers condo to Colbert to say, if you do an interview with

Telarico, you're going to have to have the other Democrat primary candidates on as well.

So Colbert pretended like this was them

saying, oh, no, you can't do it, which really does make a lot of sense when you think about it.

Because for Colbert to come on his show and then pretend to be like, oh, they're telling me I can't

do it, but we're going to do it anyway.

My lawyer said, I can't even tell you about our YouTube channel, but go to our YouTube channel.

None of it made sense.
