Also today we talk about a very important hearing this week — the hearing to qualify Prosecutor David Miller as a candidate for circuit court judge. David Miller is who cut that sweet deal for accused rapist Bowen Turner. That hearing is set for Wednesday at 3:45pm and we'll do our best to broadcast it, but we're learning that it might be held behind closed doors.
