0:57.0	Because there was, in fact, no danger to the public.
1:01.0	Elik told investigators that his family was targeted because of the boat crash.
1:06.0	The defense, of course, wants a jury to think that Magian Paul died later than they did,
1:11.0	therefore closing the timeline for Elik and they want the jury to believe that sled targeted
1:16.4	Elik from the very beginning.
1:18.4	This week we expect them to go hard on those two narratives while they try to pick a part
1:23.5	of the state's timeline in the hopes that the jury will forget the month of lies that
