Former Bitcoin core developer Peter Todd telling CoinDest, quote,

Of course I'm not Satoshi Nakamoto, shortly before HBO documentary Money Electric,

the Bitcoin mystery, identified him as this anonymous creator of Bitcoin. The documentary's theory

hinges on a message board post, appearing to the filmmakers that Todd was finishing one of

Satoshi's sentences and posted under Todd's account accidentally. Todd saying the filmmakers are, quote,

grasping at straws. Polling market amassed a $44 million pool for betters predicting HBO's

pick and Todd was not even listed as a choice. Previous attempts by the media to unveil Satoshi's

true identity have failed with outlips incorrectly naming figures

like programmer Dorian Nakamoto and known pretender Craig Wright.

The crypto market was little changed following the hotly awaited HBO documentary

that promised to shed new light on the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto.

Positive developments in revealing Satoshi's true identity

could, in theory, be a volatility-boosting event for crypto markets. However, HBO's attempt,

like all previous ones, proved unfruitful. Bitcoin traded below $62,000 in the early U.S. market

open, a drop of about 1.5% in the past 24 hours. The broader digital

asset market, as measured by the CoinS.20 index, was also little changed. Finally, a decision for a bail

application by Tigran Gambarian, a U.S. citizen and finance compliance officer has been stalled in

Nigeria due to the absence of the judge.

Although the ruling was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday, judges were reportedly attending an
