Doquan's extradition is delayed again and Coinbase argues against the CFTC.

Do Kwan's extradition from Montenegro has been delayed yet again.

Just last week, the Balkan country's appellate court issued what seemed to be a definitive

decision to send Kwan to South Korea instead of the United States. But according to local media

reports, the decision has been postponed again at the request of the country's top prosecutor.

Both South Korea and the United States want to try Kwan for civil and criminal charges tied to the

$40 billion implosion of

the Terraluna ecosystem, and Montenegro has found itself at the center of the tug of war

with extradition requests from both countries. Quan has been held in the Balkan country

since his arrest in March 23. Coinbase argued that the CFTC's proposed rules regarding

prediction markets should be withdrawn
