Bitcoin climbing toward $90,000 after suffering a trade war sell-off.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik telling Fox that U.S. President Donald Trump was open to negotiation

and would probably make an announcement Wednesday.

The crypto market rebound follows Tuesday's dip as tariffs against America's top trade partners went into effect,

with China, Canada and Mexico promising retaliatory tariffs.

There's a 70% chance that the trade war between Canada and the U.S. will end by May, according to polling market odds.

While President Trump's address to Congress last night made no mention of softening tariffs or crypto policy,

Lutnik reportedly told Pavlovak today that the president will introduce a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Plan at the White House

Crypto Summit this Friday.

Bitcoin development company Blockstream has secured a significant multi-billion dollar investment

to launch three new institutional funds, including

two focused on crypto lending and one employing hedge fund strategies, signaling growing interest
