Bitcoin soars and Binance founder, CZ, could be released from prison as soon as today.

Bitcoin climbing above $65,000 in early U.S. trading hours ahead of a number of Fed speakers,

including Chairman Jerome Powell,

and after China's Politburo reportedly pledged continuing support to the country's economy and markets.

Bitcoin's price has been positively correlated with the size of the People's Bank of China's Boundstreet over the past eight years.

The PBOC is considering a massive stimulus of over

$142 billion to bolster its economy. Bitcoin could further see increased interest from retail

and institutional investors following newly approved options on Black Rock's Bitcoin Trust.

Finance founder Changpeng Xi Z Zhao could be released on Friday, two days ahead of his

scheduled release date of Sunday, September 29th. The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau

of Prisons rule basically states that if an inmate's release date falls on the weekend, they can be

released the preceding weekday. CZ was sentenced to

four months of prison in April after pleading guilty to violating the Bank Secrecy Act by failing

to set up an adequate know-your-customer program at Binance. A Binance spokesperson saying,

quote, we are delighted that CZ will be home with his family while he is not

managing or operating finance. We are excited to see what he does next. A New York judge orders

tornado cash developer Roman Storm's case to proceed to trial. The judge denied Storm's motion to

dismiss the criminal charges against him, saying his arguments

equating writing code to free speech, not receiving sufficient notice that he may be breaking

the law in tornado cash his operations, didn't hold enough water to overcome the DOJ's complaint,

and that the government had brought plausible allegations against the developer.
