Ben, I didn't mean to interrupt your story there,

but you started a week ago today doing the carnivore diet.

Tell me what that's all about.

Tell me what that means. So basically, it kind of sounds exactly what it is.

Like you are a carnivore.

Like you eat nothing but animal-based products.

The idea is nose detail.

You eat organs if you can do it and it's all animal

products so it's it can be beef chicken pork fish anything that's an animal

you can eat it which also that which then excludes fruits

vegetables starches breads of any kind wow so it's a zero-carb all protein diet and you know more than anything else it's an elimination

diet you know that kind of look at as more of an elimination diet of like okay I was

huge on cheese always have yeah like and I'm a snacker so I love just regular tortilla chips

Doritos like you know I'll just grab a handful of peanuts in the afternoon and

just eat though like I'm just a snacker and so I've had to sort of stop doing all of that but when I was

saying on the way in here so I did a whole bunch of research on this on this diet and

this challenge you know some people do it as a whole lifestyle I'm only

going to do it for 30 days you know I know everything that's supposed to have the

stages of what's going to happen to your body like as you go through it and so And so on Friday morning I did a little video
