Hello friends happy Tuesday welcome

welcome back to another coffee chat episode where we catch up on what I'm

learning behind the scenes and what's going on this week.

But we started each of these with a rose but in thorn.

What's going well, what I'm looking forward to and what is not great. My rose right now is therapy.

I feel like this is my rose quite often. I love my therapist. I love going to therapy.

Yesterday it was one of those days where I went and I was like,

I don't really have anything to talk about.

And then we had this like major breakthrough and it's so nice just to have an hour

every week that is set aside for me to just get my thoughts heard and have someone ask me clarifying questions and hold space for those things that sometimes life doesn't hold space for.

My Bud is that our kiddo has their first baseball game the day that I'm recording this so they decided to play baseball this

year it's her first year they've been doing practices of course but this is their

first game so I'm excited to see them play.

And my thorn is that it's going to rain tomorrow,

which is not that deep, but we have had our windows open

and I think for like almost two weeks straight. We have just lived with our

windows open. It's been so magical, so lovely and we're going to have to close them for the rain.

I'm not excited about it.
