Usually Joel is a host, but once a week or so I take over and for full disclosure I am married to Joel I am his wife and today we have a very very special guest we are honored to have her here online with us at STS. Ruth Marcal, welcome Ruth.

week but you can also always go up. I'm really excited for all the women taking the lead and getting you know into some initiatives as specifically geared to whatever it is that you want to be
