It's Thursday morning everyone. Welcome to Cafferoo cast. I'm riding solo today. Frank I believe

is still out chasing Mule Deer and Idaho and I've got my good friend Cody Greenwood Cody for those

you don't know who he is. If you're in the trad world you do. He works with the push and he has

what's called the trad lab and what he does from that from the outside looking in is he's a statistical

guy and I'll let him take over here in a second but he breaks down all the bros science and gets

all that shit kind of thrown out and does very in depth testing on multiple different things to do

with traditional archery. I probably did a very redneck job of explaining that but man thanks for

coming on and kind of tell everybody a little bit about what you do. I think you did a great job

of explaining that. I appreciate you having me on here. For money for my career I work in continuous

improvement and I go through businesses and right now I'm working for the railroad and we work on

improving processes and using statistics to show where we need to work and the magnitude of what

the changes are and then driving that change and I'm applying that I've worked in that space for

about 15 years for different companies. Last year around this time it was right after worlds. I

think I talked a little bit prior to this was after I saw how people could actually shoot. I tried

to apply my skillset in my workspace to archery to improve my own learning curve and then

once I started hitting that and I kind of redefined a five minute mile for myself with

traditional archery. Of course I wanted to start telling other people about it so that's my whole

angle is I think there's a lot of space for people to there's a lot of different groups on

social media for people to just kind of have cool wood bows and talk about them and there's very

few spaces where people can actually break down their shots and define what a good bow is or

if you're shooting compound all year or shooting a recurve all year long and picking up your

compound for hunting season there's small spaces right now for people to go look at that and compare
