Summary
Statistics show that over 50% of people would trust a complete stranger more than their current boss.
Many of you may be wondering, why that percentage?
Leadership is one of those things that people may know about, they may have some idea about, but it's a little bit amorphous in terms of the actual concept.
No matter what realm you’re looking at, there is just a lack of true leadership.
The journey to becoming a legendary leader is not an easy one, as well as anything worth obtaining is not easy to obtain.
On today’s episode, my guest is Cody Dakota, a man dedicated to helping people become their best self, and he shares with us what it takes to be a true leader.
Cody Dakota Wooten is the founder of the Leadership Guide and host of the Emerge Leadership Connection podcast and now, TV Show, on Entrepreneurs TV Network. He is a Heroic and Potential Legendary Leadership Coach, certified with the John Maxwell team, as well as the HeartMath Institute. He's also a member of the Forbes Leadership Councils and was a finalist for the extraordinary award for Coaches with Ideas that can change people, businesses and the future for the being.
Cody says that in the process of working with people, he has to discover what it is that is their heroic potential.
So, listen to Episode 5 of Rejuvenaging, to find out what Cody means when he uses the phrase, “There is no lid!”, in terms of leadership and humanity.
