Well, I think maybe we don't even have to preface this one with an apology and an excuse, right?

This is just like a week later, right?

The most unap predictable thing of all is sometimes we might release podcasts more than once a month.

Yeah.

I think we would have gotten a lot of flack for not releasing one pretty soon because the court decided in the last week, one, two, three, four, five, six, 11 cases.

Well, you say decided 11 cases. They disposed of 11 cases. Yes. They resolved. I don't know. One of those is a

dig, dismiss as improvidently granted that we should get to in a few minutes. But yeah, so basically the court had a bunch of

things on its desk, on its collective desk, and has gotten 11.

So I think last time we were kind of speculating about how long that things would go, how

late into July they might stretch things. Does this give you more confidence that maybe they're

going to catch up and race to the finish. I think I in particular was,

you know, really pushing the, it's going to be July 15th narrative. I retracted. I was wrong.

Apparently had a lot of stuff in the hopper. Or they just finished. They heard that. They were like,

gosh, if the punditocracy, if Bode is saying, we're not going to make it, we got to show him wrong.
