Uh, usual mate, bit of training, bit of Zwifting.

But I've got a story about Zwift though

oh really yeah I was on my turbo on the balcony as I do as I have done every day that I've

lived in this apartment right which is over two years now so I'm on the balcony I'm actually doing a

little charity ride and uh going along and next thing I just at the corner of my eye see this guy

like on the grass below like I'm on first floor and he's on the ground floor so I look down

and then he's like saying something so I take my headphones off and he's like get off that turbo or

he didn't call it a turbo get off that thing and I And I was like, what? It's like, it makes so much noise.

I was like, oh, sorry, but yeah, I'm just doing this charity ride.

I'll be done in half an hour.

He's like, it's above my bedroom.

And I was like, mate, it's like 1145 in the morning.

Like, what are you doing?

He's like, oh, I've got a daughter, I've got a daughter.

I was like, you're in your mid-60s, mate, like, okay, benefit the doubt.
