a little early from our schedule, but we owed you an episode this week anyway, so you can

as Shirel was going back and forth between watching O'Mari and Hampton run for roughly nine touchdowns.

He actually was at Davidson Day seeing Isaiah Dennis give his commitment to the North Carolina Tar Heels.

You may remember we've talked about Isaiah on this show a little bit, but he is a 6-5 lead guard.

I believe he plays a little bit of both right now at his school, but he's a big kid and he's a top 50 recruit.

I want to start with the way we normally do this, and I usually kind of throw to Sherell and say, hey, Sherell, how did this go down?
