You know, Mike, everyone is excited to hear, you know, the Coast Guard got permission by the Bahamian

government to search areas that they haven't previously searched because they haven't searched

them because they searched according to what Brian Hooker told them, not what they found out

from his GPS data from his cell phone. So now that goes against what Brian Hooker,

and there's the map.

And if you can see that map, folks,

and those that are listening,

on one side, it says reported route

and GPS indicated route.

There's obviously a huge discrepancy.

So he was in an area in the Sea of Abaco,

far away from where he indicated that he was.

So what does that tell us?

Well, I think that is called circumstantial evidence of lying.

And why is he lying?

Why do people lie? They lie to cover things up. So in my opinion, and I'm not an attorney at law like Professor Geary, I believe that they have

enough for a circumstantial case right now to charge Brian Hooker. However, whoever's going to be the prosecutor in this case,

chances are a U.S. attorney, he or she is going to wait

until they have, if possible, that's smoking gun evidence,

which in this case will be the recovery of the remains of Lynette Hooker.
