All right, what's going on on everybody we are back for my second

episode but I guess it's technically episode four of the coaching development series that we're

doing here so me and Kristen this is our second episode I'm going to be reviewing my

basically how I took the feedback on the first episode of the

Whiteboard Brief and General Warmup. So this will be Whiteboard Brief and General Warmup again,

seeing if I learned anything or I definitely learned some stuff, seeing if I implemented it.
