We are on the eve of championship weekend, Ari.

It's all happening, although if you go back to the end of our show after the playoff rankings,

how much of it should be happening?

Do we really want crazy results this weekend?

Because I'm not sure we do.

Well, your stance on it was chalk results,

boring Sunday equals most entertaining playoff.

And, you know, I think in a world where there's going to be some inconsistencies of the way that the committee views things, the way that they rank teams, obviously, I think everybody's got their own take on how things went when the most recent rankings. I think that the chalk results this weekend put you in a position to put the four

teams in that I think most people would be okay with.

It would help you, you know, sleep at night.

It would make you feel like the teams who are in are probably the four teams that deserve

to be in.

Maybe deserve isn't the right word right now, but the four best teams.

So if you have wacky results, if Florida does something crazy and beats Alabama or Ohio State somehow loses the football game

or who knows what could go on in that Clemson game,

there's a few different things that could happen that could make things interesting.

I think that it would be bonkers to watch the committee try to scramble to find the fourth team.

I don't know who that fourth team would be in that scenario, but right now I think that probably the committee

is hoping that the favorites win the championship games at this point, just for the sake of

of getting this right in a year where it's hard to get it right. I feel like if we could watch

them deliberate it live, it would be highly entertaining, but just finding out what they eventually
