When you think about building a championship culture, what does that entail?

You know, the culture at Ohio State we built is built on love.

Ohio State National Champions.

The greatest form of motivation is the brotherhood.

Little things like trust are huge.

I think focus is a great word and I think you have to find guys that come from programs

that require them to focus.

It's about making sure they have a great experience and that they win, but it's in that order.

Let's to chase the college football world.

Key word is being consistent,

caring about the players, caring about not only football,

but what's going on their lives.

Clearly define what the mission is

and communicating that on a day-to-day basis.

Touchdown, Notre Dame.

For me, it's making sure that the players

understand number one that you care.

I never felt I coached my coached life.

This game's not determined by a computer.

The game of football is determined by who wants to win.
