nutrition coach when you learn like there there had to be something that you were taught, like I was taught, you know, if it fits your macros, only focused on calories, nothing else matters, food quality doesn't matter, just hit your macros, hit your numbers, create a calorie deficit, just keep going. And then like once you see the other side, you can't unsee it once you are exposed to reverse dieting

and to actually fueling appropriately and that food quality does matter like

all these things you can't unsee it. It's the same thing with content. Like you're taught a very specific thing when you get into this. I don't know about you guys, but I had zero previous like marketing experience. I didn't I didn't

know sales I didn't know marketing I didn't know anything so I followed all of the

traditional guru advice and then when I learned through my own just stubbornness because I didn't like being out of alignment with the way that I was conducting business, all the sudden,

Anyway, so I'm going to give you one specific situation that you may be doing. I've talked to a lot of coaches in my course about this and they were like this is this is me. There's like 70 coaches who are enrolled in my copywriting course and a lot of them when I talked about this concept were like holy shit
