1:02.8	to prepare your team. You have to be able to motivate your team. You have to be able to understand
1:08.2	the politics and the feelings of the locker room. You need to be able to
1:13.0	manage not just the current game, but the season so that the players make it through the season.
1:18.4	You need a plan to help your players get better, especially your younger players. You need to do
1:24.1	all that while coordinating with a front office and ownership who may not always agree with you about everything.
1:30.8	And you need to do that in ways that don't burn the house down.
