We are here today to bring to you the podcast that we recorded a little while ago while

we were at Victoria Beach with Coach Pat, and we commandeered his cabin one evening and sat him down and asked him to share all of his deep dark secrets, which is a little bit new for Pat because he's a fairly private person.

And not a talker.

Pat's not a chatty guy.

Not a big talker.

Actually, a lot of this after five, six years of knowing

Coach Pat, I did not know a lot of this. Victoria Beach was the first time I had a conversation

with him that lasted more than about 90 seconds at a time. We had great chats at the beach,

but he's just, he's not chatty generally until he gets to know you. Then he's more chatty.

But even then, Pat's kind of quiet, private, reserved, introspective kind of guy.
