Today we are very excited to come to you with this second edition of the podcast with somebody

who I actually named in one of my vlogs over the last couple months the best triathlete of all time,

Mark the Grip Allen.

Why do they call him the grip?

I've now forgotten why they call him the grip.

And I thought you would know why they call him the grip.

Anyway, Mark Allen, six-time Kona Ironman World Champion, 11-time undefeated Nice International

Triathlon World Champion. But the reason that I gave him the title of the best triathlet

of all time is because his depth in the sport was so incredible

across sprint Olympic distance races, Iron Man distance races, funny, weird distance races like the

Nice Triathlon. Over the course of somewhere around 10 to 15 years, he was on the podium 95% of the

time. So if he showed up to a race, odds are he was getting on the podium.
