Hundreds of episodes that we've done on this show. This one might be my favorite personally. Coach Welsh, along with the rest of that strength staff during our career, pivotal figures in my life, Kevin Drake's life. This is an all-time guy. And I got to learn a little bit more about him that I didn't know. More importantly, listening to him reinforces why he's so great at his job.
