Buddy it's a by week's been well by we've been sort of messed up my rhythm.

We were into doing our podcast, going to football games, doing a pretty big game show,

doing it all, but I was able to utilize my time well going to a high school

game and doing different things that I normally don't do so it was it was

restful but yet it was different and I think that's how you feel when you're

coaching also and I think that's the way the team feels they'd rather stay in the routine and keep going

especially when things are going well.
