Hey, what's up, everybody, and welcome back to another episode on that triathlon show, the podcast presented by scientific triathlon.com.

0:26.4

I'm our host Michael and on today's episode, I interview coach Frank Jacobsen.

0:29.9

Frank has been on the podcast before several times actually, so you probably know him.

0:34.3

He has worked with many athletes of absolute world class in long-distance triathlon,

0:38.6

the most well-known example probably being Craig Alexander. In the previous interview that I did

0:43.4

0:48.3

1:44.4

and fueling products and with free online tools, education and a patented sweat test.

1:48.7

You can use the free fuel and hydration planner on their website to get a personalized plan

1:52.5

for your carbohydrate, sodium and fluid intake. And you can also book a free 20-minute
