Oh well thanks for having me today I think it's a great topic I think we all need to share our own personal experiences because it might be a

help to someone else going through the same thing so well done you for bringing it up and

delighted to be on your body on my body body? On your body. Oh, okay. So British. So we haven't actually

told anyone, Sophie, what topic is. The topic today everybody, for those of you that actually care. It's co-parenting and the journey and the challenges the journey the obstacles and getting through it when you're newly broken up versus where Sophie is now,

a very tried and tested in long-term divorcee. How many years has been now?

Gosh, I mean I think it must be nearly four yes because I do

remember you telling the children was the last season of ladies of London when you

came to my room do you? Was that four years ago?

I guess it must have been.

I mean you're asking me, I don't have any memories.
