The MMA world will get a chance to catch its breath this weekend, or maybe come down from the weird herky-jerky meth high that was watching Glover Teixeira choke Ovince St. Preux unconscious on Saturday at UFC Fight Night 73. This coming weekend will be the first Saturday in some time without a UFC event, so now is your chance to take your kid to the zoo, maybe sit down and have dinner with your people, like a real damn family. Unfortunately, since we know you guys, we know you’ll spend it watching old King of Cage events on Fight Pass. Ben and Chad will be here for you, though, because Ben and Chad will always be here to discuss things like Teixeira’s prospects, Ronda Rousey’s suddenly Robust-ish contender crowd and the latest effort to unionize UFC fighters.
