Ben and Chad delayed the recording of this week’s CME by some 25 minutes, hoping to be able to hear the UFC’s big #TheTimeIsNow announcement, so they could discuss it as BREAKING NEWS during the intro to the show. But, as it turned out, the time was not now. The time will be somewhat later. In the future. That’s when the time will happen. That’s right, the UFC punted on its own big announcement today, with UFC President Dana White telling the gathered crowd that the fight company “didn’t get it done” yet. “You can all go home now,” White quipped. If only! Instead, your boys went ahead and did the whole show, discussing last weekend’s jam-packed MMA slate, including Fabricio Werdum capturing the interim UFC heavyweight title, Tito Ortiz edging Stephan Bonnar at Bellator 131 and next weekend’s featherweight main event featuring Cub Swanson and Frankie Edgar. 0:49.0	In fact, we started some 25 minutes late just to make sure that we had seen enough of the UFC press conference where the company had announced that it was going to have a big reveal today, a big announcement.
1:03.9	And it turns out that hashtag the time is not now.
1:08.3	The time is hashtag later.
1:10.3	Yeah.
1:10.9	So. So.
1:11.8	God, could you choose a more like hilariously ironic name for your, your whole little setup where you got everybody on the stage looking like model UN?
1:22.8	You're going to make a big announcement.
1:24.3	It says the time is now.
1:25.6	And what you have to say is that
1:27.7	we didn't get it ready in time. God. The whole thing was just so UFC from its new metal
1:35.7	hold music while you're waiting for the thing to start. And then, you know, John Anick comes out
1:41.5	and gives his introduction. And then they bring all the fighters out dressed to the nines.
1:45.7	And then Dana White comes out, not dressed to the nines in his long sleeve.
1:50.9	I guess I would call it wine colored.
