2,300 New York City firefighters have called out sick as vaccine mandate begins.

But the mayor says public safety is not disrupted, even though multiple fire stations are out

of service.

Yeah, hundreds of New York City firefighters called in sick as the COVID-19 vaccine mandate

for new and this for municipal employees went into effect, bringing the total number

of sick outs in the fire department alone to 2,300.

That's what the fire department commissioner said at a news conference.

Normally 800 to 1,000 fire department employees call in sick on any given day.

That also number they're saying is not true.

Those are the spokesman said they're saying no, that's not true.

Fire department's like that's crap.

We don't have a thousand fire department employees calling in sick each and every day that's absurd.
