So I think it's actually one of the top issues

in the churches today, which is that mythical 200 growth barrier.

A lot of you just statistically lead smaller churches.

And there's absolutely nothing wrong with leading a smaller church except I think I know you well enough to know

That you would love to see your church grow you'd love to see maybe more than 200 people at your church You'd love to reach more families and I know I was

there as a leader 20 years ago because I came to very small churches. If you think your church is small, my church was like six people, one of them, I started with three churches.

One church was six people, the other was 14, and the third was 23.

That was our mega church.

And it was a real struggle.

And I mean, I didn't know how to be a pastor.
