Cary Newhoff leadership podcast my name is Carrie Newhoff and I do hope our time

who's got a great podcast going and he just asked some great questions and I thought you know I

don't get a chance to talk about some of these issues in my podcast because I'm always interviewing other people and

We are going to cover some fascinating subjects like personal health and renewal.

We're going to talk about how do you actually know what to follow in leadership.

We're going to talk about my best piece of advice for young leaders.

I think for all leaders something that I'm

realizing and well a whole bunch of other things. So I hope you're going to find

this helpful and hey we are also at the tail end of the opening of registrations for another round of the high impact leader course.

So the high impact leader course is something that I developed last year and I'm super excited about.

Of all the things I've done, I think it's got probably the greatest potential

to change the lives of leaders.

And by that I mean like your entire life, because what happened to me after a decade of leadership

is I burned out and I've talked about that and one day I'm going to write a book about that but anyway.

In the meantime I've talked about that I blogged about it you've heard about it on this

podcast but in the 11 years since I've burned out I have been really disciplined

...
