I got to tell you, one of the things that I become very very passionate about in

leadership is just the sole care and life care of leaders and sometimes you work

so hard at work that you kind of neglect yourself or you neglect your family or you

burn out or you just become a different person that you don't really want to be and

Lance Witt is my guest today he worked at a large church got to a place where he was not very healthy and has spent the last number of years of his life helping leaders and particularly helping pastors get healthy.

So if things aren't going 100% the way you want inside of you in

maybe your relationship with God your relationship with your wife maybe you're not

the dad or the mom you thought you would be you got to listen in Lance and I have a
