0:21.6 | are doing. This is a story that you and I have tracked for years, David. Pastors obviously took a |
0:27.3 | huge hit during COVID. Are they flourishing? For a while, we weren't. But you have some new metrics |
0:32.3 | that I'd love you to walk us through. And it's not bad news, actually. It's encouraging. |
0:37.4 | It is encouraging. Yeah. |
0:38.5 | And we have seen some hard days for pastors as we've been hearing from them and talking to them, |
0:43.2 | especially over the last four or five years, you know, the low point that we saw after COVID. |
0:49.4 | But we're here with some new metrics on flourishing. And what we're proud to report is the pastors |
0:54.0 | are actually doing pretty well overall. |
0:56.9 | We look at some of the different ways that they're experiencing relationships and health |
1:02.5 | and financial and vocational and faith flourishing. |
1:06.2 | And overall, the two areas where they seem to be doing as well or better than the national average is in terms of faith, not surprisingly. |
1:14.3 | Hopefully, hopefully we are spiritually relatively healthy. |
1:17.6 | That's right. At least they're telling us so. |
1:19.7 | And then finances, which is a surprise because most pastors, the average income for a senior pastor is around 76,000, almost 77,000, just under 77,000. |
