Well, I'm so excited to have William back.

We had a really interesting conversation.

He's been on a few times, and we do talk about succession and how that is

changing but we got into a really fun moment where this one was sort of a fresh

thought for me but William thinks that 2021 is going to be the year

where a lot of staff turn over. In other words people you don't want to leave will leave and I'm like,

what? Anyway, it was a fascinating conversation and it's just something else you could be ready for,
