Gary's written a lot of books and of course we recorded this before things change dramatically,

segment later in this broadcast, I'm going to talk to you about how to care for yourself

so you don't become a toxic person. I don't know about you. I'm a little more

tired than normal. Some of you are probably exhausted right now and we'll look at that.
