Well, hey everybody and welcome to episode 234 of the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope her time together today helps you lead like never before.

Well, we've had an incredible month so far and today, as promised last week, we are doing a deep dive into small town church,

because guess what? A lot of people live in the cities, but small towns, church is dying,

but it doesn't have to. There are unique issues that impact the small church and this is true for like small businesses.

This is true for churches that are maybe in an urban center that are branching out into smaller cities and smaller towns and

Donnie Griggs has really done a lot of time thinking and actually leading in a

small church context. So I think you're gonna absolutely love today's episode and we got a lot more coming up including yes we are

releasing an episode next Tuesday which is Christmas Day. Yeah, I promise you.

My staff will be off opening gifts with their families okay so

so we're not making people work but as you know this stuff is all automated but

then it's gonna be there so you know if you got a Christmas drive or you're going to go for a run

or something like that, it's there for you

because we ship every Tuesday.

And we just worked ahead a little bit, that's all.
