Well I love to get into people's stories and friend introduced me to Dana Spinnola last year and she has a

fascinating story. She's the founder and CEO of a chain of boutique clothing stores called Fabric.

They are in multiple states.

They have over 40 locations.

And she has a fascinating story.

I mean, I just love hearing leaders leaders journeys and you're not going to be

disappointed if you're in the church space if you were in the business space I

think you're going to love Dana's story and there's some surprise twists to it as well. So she's my guest today

super excited to have her. They have won numerous awards have been featured in

numerous national publications including the Wall Street Journal, L magazine and many others so I think

you're going to find that fascinating. Hey I want you to think about how you're training your

leaders. As you know trained Up has been a partner on this

podcast and so many churches are switching from analog training to

digital training and here's why the traditional rate of a church training against volunteers is about 60% effective.

In other words, four out of 10, in most churches, four out of ten volunteers have never been trained

which on the one hand is kind of like uh that's not great when it comes to
