Well, we talked about this last week a little bit when I had Gina McClain and Jessica Buehler on the

leadership which I am convinced is what sinks leaders more than anything else because you know what you can be the smartest guy in the room you can have an education

you can educate yourself you can you know you can be bright

But if you can't make the personal journey like if you if you kind of get burned or

you don't know how to avoid the discouragement and the challenges of leadership you're

not going to make it as a leader. That's true in

church. That's true in business. And it's often those emotional personal issues

which are really spiritual issues that sink us. And so today I'm so grateful that my friend rusty George is

back on the podcast and we are going to talk about trust we spend a lot of time

talking about this and this is one of those cases where like all of a sudden I felt like he was reading my mail and I'm like oh I have done that you'll kind of hear it in in interview. I think it's fascinating. I found it really
