It's so good to be together again this week and the goal is to help you lead like never

before.

Hey, the guest today in episode 13 is a guy named Derwin Gray.

He is a former NFL player, did really well in the NFL,

leads one of the fastest growing churches in the United States.

He is a best-selling author author and he's an all-round

great guy and Darwin's going to talk to us about the emptiness of success and he's

going to talk to us about how he grew his church and how he's doing something that's still actually very unique,

which is he's actually growing a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church in Charlotte,

North Carolina.
