morning take. So why don't we talk about Amazon and Andy Jassy? We're coming off a strong earnings report last week. You've the stock up,

call it 16, 17 percent year to date. And this morning they announced the launch of Amazon supply chain services, which I can't

wait to hear more from you and Andy's talk about it because they're pretty much pulling on the

AWS playbook in terms of they have this big freight distribution, fulfillment, and parcel

shipping solution in-house, and now it's ready to

commercialize.

Yeah, look, I thought this was very surprising.

And the reason I thought was surprising was because I didn't think you could do it.

I know Amazon Web Services, they had all the data, they had everything they needed from Prime,

and they just said, okay, listen, you can use our stuff.

And they didn't seem to care that.

I might even compete against Prime.

This is similar.

I mean, if you open up your web services, it doesn't really, I think, kill Prime.

But if you open up your logistics, I mean, what you're saying is, look, we are going to make it so that you can ship with us.

And it is direct, I mean, Jesus, just taking the business from FedEx and UPS,

but they didn't give us any of the sense of how much it costs, what the gross margins will be for them,

why they're even doing it unless it's just so lucrative.

Because otherwise, I think FedEx and UPS do a pretty darn
