I am in sweat and it's put me in the most casual, low-key comfortable

mood. I feel like the unofficial uniform for podcast house is sweats however that's not me I love to dress up

But right now I'm in my pajama shirt and I wore the sweat pants that I slept in last night.

So it's just a vibe today.

I didn't sleep very much. I got home late last night.

And now I'm at the studio a half hour earlier than before it's 9 a.m.

I haven't spoken much. I got a nitro cold brew instead of just a regular

one so hoping this peps me up I was going to even bring some lions main to put in it, give

myself some cognitive function. I asked on

Instagram on the way here for questions and I said let's chat like old friends. I'm in a

very casual, easy-going mood, happy but not peppy. So that's where I'm

at. I hope you guys had a good weekend I had such a good weekend

I went to the beach not once but twice and that makes me a happy person and last week if you listen to the episode, I was a cranky bitch last week.

We were in a heat wave. The heat wave broke with a rainstorm this weekend and having a rainy day in LA was

perfect. It felt so nice and I'm in a much better mood. We do have someone coming

to fix the AC at 5 PM today so really it's only on the up and up but

comparatively last week was so rough this week was. I started working out again. I was busy, busy, busy.

Happiness walks on busy feet a lot of the time for me.

This weekend it was non-stop because I had spent the week prior, basically inside for a week,

hiding from the heat. Also in a hole, like I absolutely was making myself mentally ill by spending eight, nine, ten hours a day on my phone.

Horrible for me.
