Welcome to closing bell. I'm Scott Wapner live from Post 9 here at the New York Stock Exchange.

This maker breakout begins with, of course, the market.

Stocks attempting to bounce back after weeks of selling.

That's what the scorecard looks like with 60 to go in regulation majors.

Well, they did open higher, as you know, even with oil prices still in the green today.

And we're going to struggle here.

It looks like to hold that as the last hour progresses.

Dow is still green.

S&P is red now, almost by one half of 1%. And the NASDAQ's been tough.

We'll get to that in a moment.

Yields, a move lower in bond yields has helped a bit,

but investors are still trying to get a handle on when the war might see some real breakthroughs.

So we're watching the interest rate complex too.

As I was talking about the NASDAQ, techs remain very unsettled.

Names like CoreWeave today and AMD, Broadcom, Micron, I could go on because there are many to cite, not Anderson's, of course,

but Invidia, Apple, Alphabet, mega cabs aren't showing much either.

Invidia just hasn't traded well.

People are watching 170 as a line in the sand.

The AI power names are really selling off too.

If you want to take a look at some of those, there's some of the chips. You can look at many of those utility-like power stocks that play into the AI story, and they are all down a bunch today as well. It takes us to our talk of the tape.
