Guys, thanks so much. Welcome to closing bell. I'm Scott Wapner, live from Post 9 here at the New York Stock Exchange. This maker break hour begins with stocks. Once again, at all-time highs, another stock going parabolic today, and why some suggest it's still okay to buy into this record-setting rally. We'll ask our experts if they agree. Coming up, there's the scorecard with 60 to go in regulation today. Stocks did turn green earlier on a report.

The U.S. and Iran could be closing in on a deal. We've heard that many times. We'll have the latest

0:27.8

coming up in just a minute. You have yields lower today. Oils down. That's helping a bit. Boy,

0:33.3

take a look at shares of snowflake today. Parabolic. That's the stock I'm talking about following

1:21.1

colleagues at MS now.

1:22.3

And sources said that under the agreement, shipping through the Strait of Hormuz would be unrestricted, they said,

1:28.3

during the 60-day ceasefire, and all mines would be removed within 30 days. Iran then would

1:33.6

commit to negotiating the disposal of its highly enriched uranium, and the U.S. would commit to

1:38.4

discussing sanctions relief, as well as relief of frozen assets. But then, Scott, we heard from

1:43.7

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent just in the last hour,

1:46.2

and he declined to confirm on the record that there was a deal in hand.

1:50.2

He said the two sides have been going back and forth,

1:53.1

and when he was asked whether Sanctions relief was on the table, he said this.
