While there have been concerns about weak breath in this market as of late, today, 10 of 11

S&P 500 sectors higher, only consumer staples in the red and just barely.

A noticeable turn higher around noon as the Supreme Court was hearing opening arguments about the president's

tariffs. Many listening to the arguments felt that the justices were expressing some skepticism.

We'll see. We've got some time to go here on this whole process. Similar moves higher in the

automakers, though, Ford, GM, Stalantis. Crypto joining the rebounds today. Bitcoin up 2%, ether up five, but still down 10%

this week, and gold also moving higher. Well, that is the scorecard on Wall Street, but
