All right now. I'm Scott Wopner live from post nine here at the New York Stock Exchange and this make a break hour begins with the rally in stocks.

So let's get right to your scorecard with 60 minutes to go in regulation to see exactly where we stand right now. That's where it is. We're in the green across the board

Dow trying to close above 38,000 for the first time ever

as Goldman Sachs United Health and Caterpillar lead the way there.

Take a look at those stocks nicely in the green today. We're going to watch

the index's every move over this final and most important stretch.

Apple, big story today. It's back towards $200 a share, a couple of

positive mentions today on the street as well those I don't know

three downgrade or so in the last two weeks seemed but a distant memory. Keep an eye

of Microsoft too it tries to top 3 trillion in market cap for the first time ever it's been in the red

though for most of the day of course we'll see what happens here over this last

hour it is the Russell that's outperforming as small cap stocks get a boost for the market's broadening and

probably that drop in interest rates as well which takes us to our talk of the tape
