I'm doing well, man. How you doing? Good, good, good. Listen, let me start right here, breaking news from this AM. Terry McCloren's hold in. Reportedly over, Charles, three-year deal worth up to $96 million. What's your reaction as to how that all played out? and now that he's re-signed,

where would you put the commanders

in the NFC this year?

Well, what's going to be key here is the up to $96 million because everyone looks at it, says, oh, annual average value, he's getting 32. That's close to the D.K. Metcalf contract that he wanted. It's all going to depend on where it's the guaranteed money. I think ultimately, when they got into the zone where he was going to land $50 to $60 million

and guaranteed money, they could massage the rest of the numbers to make that overall annual

average value look good. My guess is it'll fall realistically around $29 to $30 million per year for Terry. The commanders knew

they had to get this done. I just think, you know, there was like molasses at the beginning because

McLaren in his camp, the initial number that they tried to get was, or they were shooting for,

was really amongst the elite tier of receivers. The franchise said, look, you know, you're going

into your 30-year-old season. You're going to make more than any 30-year-old in football when we do

this deal with you, but we just can't get you into these, you know, the tier one wideouts.

And so as the hold end dragged along, I think you knew things were going to start to move in a positive

direction with Cliff Kingsbury.

The offensive coordinator came out a few days back and said, this is the time.

Like if you're going to play for us in 2025, you need to now get on the field and get the ramp up done for week one of the regular season.
