From the NBC newsroom in New York, here's the latest on Korea.

Seoul has been rated by American and Australian warplanes. They shot down two enemy planes, one of which was marked with a Russian Red Star.

A spokesman says that we have made 142 raids against enemy targets in both South and North Korea in the past 24 hours.

American officials say there is a serious threat from Red Grand Forces south of Seoul.
