You're an official wedding DJ. Oh, we've been, dude, since April. It's been going on since April. But the biggest collection of weddings have got to be from like now, straight up through right up through like October, right? Yeah, for the most part. But, you know, in Southern California, for whatever reason, it started getting super, super hot, like, you know, during the summer.

So I now have seen, like, fall weddings definitely are more on the uptick than, you know,

people haven't been during the summer now.

There's an etiquette expert that has released their new and updated list of official rules if you are

going to be a guest at a wedding, and these are rules that they believe everyone should live by. There's the obvious ones that we talked about. If you show up at a wedding, you're not supposed to wear a white dress, unless you're the bride or else people are like, you can't believe she did that. That's one of the oldest. Right, old one. And then there's the one about you're not supposed to show up with a plus one unless you were invited with a plus one.

Yeah, dude.

That would be so messed up.

People apparently still do that because I had a cousin who invited her whole, all of her kids,

even though it was a no kid wedding.

That's not even on this list.

I've seen that happen and I've seen the bread and groom have to tell the person, I'm sorry, you don't have any food. You're going to have to split this plate. Yeah. The new list, according to expert for all weddings happening, the summer of 2025, include the following, some old ones, like they've been around for a while, showing up late for the nuptials.

A lot of people think, oh, I don't need to be there for the actual I do part.

I can just show up for the party.

That's a huge faux pot, man.

And most of the time, the invitation, that's the time that's on the invitation is a half hour before.

So you have a half hour of window where you can arrive. You have to earn your free drinks. People like me know, though, that there's a half an hour window built in. So I'm like, I don't need to be there right at 515. Because realistically, she's not going to walk down the thing until probably closer to sunset anyway. No, no to be there within that half hour well apparently that's a big problem people show up late so much so that usually

as they've started the you know the parade down the aisle that sometimes you have to like hold the bride so

the people can rush and get in their seat yes very distracting which is always weird well and also there are

those people who even though they're not close with the wedding party they choose a choice seat like right in the front you know because those are it's kind of an unwritten rule that like oh the mom and the bride all those people the close family they're the ones that get the choice seating in the front also those are the people that'll probably be in a lot of the pictures where if you're some guy that's like a hangar on or a plus one, you shouldn't be in any of those pictures.
